ABM® glass wool is an open-cell fibrous material. When sound reaches the product surface, the sound energy is converted into heat, providing outstanding sound absorption and noise reduction. It effectively improves acoustic performance in walls, partitions, ceilings, and elevator shafts.

ABM® glass wool has low thermal conductivity and excellent insulation performance. Its thermal insulation is typically measured by the R-value, which depends on fiber diameter, density, and thickness. Under the same thickness and density, finer fibers result in a higher R-value.
